Summary The LHC stopped lower court in Sahiwal from announcing the judgment in 29 lawyers burning case.
When Justice Sheikh Ahmad Farooq started hearing of the said case, the plaintiff’s lawyers informed the court that lower court did not hear their cross examination which might hurt their cause.They requested the HC to stop the lower court from announcing judgment in the said case on which LHC has stopped Anti Terrorism Court of Faisalabad from declaring judgment and ordered the both parties to appear before the court on June 2.
