Summary Bashir Bilour has said that there can be talks with the militants if they surrender.
Senior KPK Provincial Minister Bashir Bilour was addressing a ceremony regarding Pak-China friendship in Peshawar. He said that China was the strongest country of the world which got independence two years after Pakistan and was then competing United States. He said that Pakistan’s economic situation could not get better until having friendly relations with the neighboring countries.Talking about the PNS Mehran attack, Bilour said that the attack was meant to weaken the morale of the Armed Forces of Pakistan.
