Political revenge being taken from PPP: Sherry Rehman

SUKKUR (Dunya News) – Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) parliamentary leader in the Senate Sherry Rehman has said that political revenge is being taken from her party, Dunya News reported on Saturday.

Sherry Rehman talked to media outside an accountability court in Sukkur after PPP leader Khurshid Shah’s hearing and asked what kind of allegations are these which started with billions and have now come down to one house.

She rejected fake cases and accountability and affirmed that the rulers only believe in politics based on derogatory remarks.

“No action has been taken against any minister. Why has Aleema Khan [PM Imran Khan’s sister] not been held accountable till now? Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government is itself a joke.

“PTI government has taken more loan than any other party in the history of Pakistan. Inflation has eroded the purchasing power and people are even unable to buy school uniforms for their children.”
