Summary The SC says that killing of foreigners in Quetta has sent a negative image of Pakistan to the world.
A three-member Supreme Court bench, headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, heard the case about the target killings and deteriorating law and order situation in the country.The Balochistan chief secretary submitted a report on the law and order in the province but court declared it unsatisfactory. The chief justice said that killing of five foreigners at the hands of security forces in Kharotabad made country embarrassed in the world.
