Summary Islamabad High Court has disposed of case of a missing person, Naeem, on the request of his father.
One Muhammad Yousaf moved an application in the Islamabad High Court (IHC) praying that the intelligence agencies were aware of the whereabouts of his missing son, Naeem Younas.During the previous hearing of the case Justice Riaz Ahmad Khan had issued notices to the Interior and Defence ministries, ISI and Military Intelligence Directors General and asked them to submit their replies today.But the case was disposed of when Muhammad Yousaf withdrawn his case.
