Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry headed a three-member bench to hear a case regarding law and order situation in Balochistan.In his remarks, the Chief Justice said that dead bodies were being found from the gorges and nullahs in Balochistan and people who went out for a morning walk were burnt to death few days ago. The CJ asked what steps the Balochistan government has taken to maintain its writ.Balochistan Advocate General told the court that a case was registered against unidentified persons after this incident.The Supreme Court summoned Balochistan chief secretary to appear and adjourned the hearing till tomorrow.
