A joint session of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Central Executive Committee and the parliamentary part will be held in the Punjab House, Islamabad.PML-N chief Nawaz Sharif will preside over the meeting that will devise a future course of action after the Pakistan People’s Party’s alliance with the Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid. The PML-N will also review the prevailing situation in the wake of the death of Osama bin Laden.The PML-N leaders will also likely to discuss the PPP and the PML-Q proposals of creating new provinces in the country and would evolve its own strategy over the delicate issue.The party is likely to take up overtures of the PML-Q dissidents who are keen in joining the PML-N.According to sources, many PML-Q lawmakers contacted the PML-N leadership and expressed their desire to join the party before the next general elections.A source said that the entire focus of the discussion would be on getting maximum results in the next general elections.
