According to an SNGPL handout, the gas supply to industries in Punjab would be suspended for three days.The factories in Lahore, Sheikhupura and Sahiwal region would face gas load shedding from 8th to 10th May, while gas supply would be suspended to Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Multan and Bahawalpur region from 11th to 13th May.On the other hand, Faisalabad’s industrialists refused to accept 3-day load shedding.According to Pakistan Textile Processing Mills Association and Pakistan Hosiery Manufacturers Association, gas load shedding would not be accepted more than one-day in a week.
