ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Interior Ministry has allowed at least 76 foreign non-governmental organisations (NGOs) to work in Pakistan. The details of 76 foreign NGOs working in Pakistan were submitted in Senate.

According to details, the Senate was informed that 19 NGOs belonging to United States, 13 from Britain and 10 NGOs from Germany are working in Pakistan

In its written reply, the Interior Ministry also informed Senate that Five NGOs from France, four from Japan and three each from Canada, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland and Italy are working in Pakistan.

Two NGOs from Turkey and one each from Afghanistan, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Holland, Ireland, Kuwait and Qatar are also working in Pakistan.
