MULTAN (Dunya News) – Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi on Saturday questioned why PML-N leadership was changed overnight while the party members were also not aware of change.
He said the situation will soon become clear adding that if Shehbaz Sharif can work as opposition leader than why can’t he as chairman Public Accounts Committee (PAC).
Qureshi further said PML-N workers themselves expressed that a gang of four is taking all decisions. PPP’s Khursheed Shah also said no consultations were made before nominating Rana Tanweer as chairman PAC, he added.
FM said Pakistan would get benefits from the stability in Afghanistan adding that the Indian propaganda for Masood Azhar has failed. He refrained to pay heed to Indian propaganda.
Answering a question about coalition party PML-Q, he said Pervaize Elahi has already made a clear statement. Speaker Punjab Assembly Pervaize Elahi had expressed that if party had an objection why would they vote for local government bill, he said.
