Summary Christians are celebrating Easter with religious zeal and fervour on Sunday across the country.
Like all over the world, Special services for Easter have been arranged in churches of Pakistan, which have been decorated for the occasion. Christians will exchange greetings and gifts to celebrate the day, which they believe marks the resurrection of Jesus Christ three days after his crucifixion.Special ceremonies were also held in various churches of Karachi and Lahore where church choir sang Easter songs and the attendants prayed for country’s solidarity and prosperity.
