ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) -Minister of State for Revenue Hammad Azhar on Wednesday said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Government has achieved its specified target in the 200 days.
He asserted that economic situations are improving and if Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) does not show performance then big steps could be taken.
Hammad Azhar claiming putting the country development on its path announced the good news of 17% reduction in current account losses. He declared the result of reduction in the value of the rupees due to three percent inflation whereas after the making of profile of million elites, announced action which will be taken after April.
Minister of State for Revenue said that we are negotating to soften the IMF’s terms as Government does not want to put burden on public. Hammad Azhar said that FATF has acknowledged Pakistan on its progress.
He said that Indian Representatives are not allowed in Review Board. Minister of State for Revenue also wrote a letter to FATF in this regard.
