Summary The National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) wrote off Rs 470 million loans in 2010, says a report.
According to the NBP annual report for 2010, the major beneficiaries of the written off loans are Laghari Manufacturers (Rs 16.2 million), Prime Lubricant (Rs 26.5 million), SAN Enterprises (Rs 24.9 million), Paper and Board Mills (9.6 million), Green Land Traders (Rs 7.1 million), Asghar Traders (Rs 4.5 million), Abdul Hakeem-Abdul Khalik (Rs 2.7 million) and Muhammad Mnazor (Rs 1.8 million).The NBP board of directors approved the waving of all loans.
