Summary 120 megawatt power plant will be constructed in Taunsa.

Pakistan and China signed an agreement to produce 120 MW power. The agreement was reached during Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz sharif’s visit to China. On Wednesday, Punjab Power Development Company chairman and China Power Producing Company’s chairman inked the MoU.According to the MoU, China will complete the project in three years. Shahbaz Sharif along with other members of the delegation attended the ceremony.
