Summary Moonis Elahi is likely to be indicted in the hearing at the banking court in Lahore on Tuesday.
In the last hearing, the court provided copies of the documents regarding the case to the lawyers of the accused. One of the accused in the NICL fraud case, Moonis Elahi will appear in the banking court in Lahore during which he is likely to be indicted. On the other hand, a two member Supreme Court bench headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhaamd Chaudry will hear the petition filed for bail of Moonis Elahi’s manager Muhammad Malik.Muhammad Malik is accused fraud by making a fake bank account in the NICL case. The court has also summoned Zafar Qureshi in the hearing for bail of Muhammad Malik.
