Summary General Kayani says people are the real power of the army.
The COAS said that the army deputed in Balochistan, including Sui, will return to barracks soon.Addressing the inaugural ceremony of a vocational institute in Gwadar, Chief of Army Staff General (COAS) Ashfaq Pervez Kayani said that the national unity was indispensible for the security of the country apart from a strong military. He said that internal conflicts pose greater threat to the country’s defence.He said that people were real power of the army, adding that the army was capable to defend the country.
