Summary At least six people were killed in two drone attacks in the Angoor Ada area of South Waziristan.
According to reports, the first drone attack was on a house and in the second attack a car and a motorcycle were targeted. So far six people have been killed in the two attacks. The number of casualties is expected to rise.This was the first drone attack since March 17, in which at least 50 people were killed in the strikes that took place in the Datta Khel area of the North Waziristan. After the drone attack of March 17, Pakistan protested against the United States and reports were circulating that the drone attacks would not be taking place for some time.The United States began firing missiles at alleged targets of militants in Pakistan in 2004, but the pace of the attacks picked up dramatically in 2008. Last year, there were around 120 strikes, which were believed to be carried out by unmanned drone aircrafts.
