Summary Former NICL Chairman Ayaz Khan Niazi sought medical treatment from a private hospital.
The anti-corruption court on Tuesday heard the petition of Ayaz Khan Niazi, seeking medical treatment. Public prosecutor Malik Mumtaz did not object to the petition, whereas, defence lawyer submitted an affidavit in the court on behalf of the accused, saying that he himself would bear the expenses of the treatment.The court ordered the Jail officials to send the accused back to the jail after the completion of the treatment.
