Court rejects bail plea of Moeen Aftab in PSM corruption case

The federal Anti-Corruption Court has rejected the bail of Pakistan Steel Mills former chairman Moeen Aftab Sheikh. Advocate SM Iqbal had filed a bail plea of Moeen Aftab, accused in billions of rupees corruption.The plea maintained that the accused was sick and his life was in danger, that’s why he should be granted bail to get proper treatment. The court declared in the verdict that the accused was already getting treatment and his life wasn’t in danger according to doctors’ reports.
