Zardari summons report on PPPs performance

President Asif Ali Zardari summoned a report about the completion of the pre-elections commitments with the public made by the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) during election campaign. The PPP Co-chairman presided over the first meeting of the PPP manifesto committee and asked the committee to compile a report regarding the performance of the PPP during last three years in fulfilling of its promises with the people. The president directed the committee to draft a new manifesto, keeping in view the problems emerged during the last three years. The committee agreed that a new manifesto was needed to address the issues of masses.
