Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry has formed a three-member bench to hear the reference regarding murder of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto filed by President Asif Ali Zardari.The bench hearing the case would comprise Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, Justice Saer Ali and Justice Ghulam Rabbani.The reference has been filed by the Ministry of Law in the Supreme Court on behalf of President Asif Ali Zardari.According to the sources, the 18-page reference consists of three portions including constitution, law and free judiciary.
