LHC summons CCPO to explain disappearance of Fahim and Faizans families

A petition had been filed in the Lahore High Court (LHC), asking it to take notice of the disappearance of Fahim and Faizan’s families. The petitioner, Munsif Awan, told the court that since the release of US gunman Raymond Davis, the victim families were missing, and that they were forced to pardon Davis. No clue of the families was found after Davis’ release, he added. He said as the federal and the provincial governments had refused to take the responsibility of a deal between Davis and the victim families, the heirs should be brought to court to record their statement. The court summoned Lahore CCPO Aslam Tareen on Tuesday to explain the situation.
