LAHORE (Dunya News) – Some unidentified persons attacked and severely tortured journalist Asad Kharal in the wee hours of Wednesday soon after he came out of the Allama Iqbal International Airport Lahore, Dunya News reported.
According to details, some unidentified persons stopped Asad Kharal’s car outside Allama Iqbal International Airport and dragged him out of his vehicle and brutally beaten him. Asad Kharal received head injury in the attack.
In his tweet Asad Kharal said that he was attacked by some persons wearing mask.

The attackers also snatched mobiles of Asad Kharal and managed to escape from the scene. Asad Kharal was shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment.
