Summary IHC has asked channels to air Azan five times a day from Masjid-ul-Haram and Masjid-e-Nabvi.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday banned airing programs like ‘neelam ghar’, ‘circus’ on TV channels during the holy month of Ramazan.
The court has also formed a three-member committee to monitor the transmission of all channels.
The court has also issued directives for all channels to air live Azan (Call for prayers) five times a day from Masjid-ul-Haram and Masjid-e-Nabvi.
