Summary 4800mw electricity has gone out of the system due to fault in generators.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Power division has confirmed that 4800mw electricity has gone out of the system due to fault in NTDC high-transmission line, tripping of four Chashma power plants and shutting down of three LNG terminals.
According to officials, restoration of Chashma 1 and Chashma 2 is expected till tonight while fixing 3 and 4 might take some time.
According to power division, load management has begun which will be commensurate with line losses and power theft in a certain area. People are requested to cooperate with electricity proving companies.
