Summary Journalists continued their protest on Tuesday against the bullet injury to a Dunya News cameraman.
Wearing black armbands, the opposition lawmakers in the Punjab Assembly, expressed solidarity with the journalist. Fayaz, a cameraman of Dunya News, was injured by a stray bullet near the Punjab Assembly on Monday. The Punjab parliamentarians said that the firing incident was an attack on the freedom of press. The strike was called by the electronic media reporters association.
