Summary The LHC has said that the trial court will decide the issue of Raymond Davis' immunity.

The Foreign Office’ lawyer submitted a report in the court, stating that Raymond Davis’ real name was Alan Davis and a business official visa was issued to him on an application of the United States Embassy. The report said that he came to Pakistan on a diplomatic passport.It was stated in the report that the court should decide whether Davis qualified for the diplomatic immunity or not, adding that the Foreign Office did not try to tamper his immigration record.The court said that the matter of diplomatic immunity could not be decided, unless somebody sought immunity.
