Examination for eight vacancies of section officer in the National Assembly was scheduled to be conducted today. When the candidates reached to appear, they saw postponement notice.The candidates protested against postponement of the exam staged a sit in on Peshawar Mor and blocked the road which jammed the traffic flow.Talking to media, Assistant Commissioner Ali Imran said that examination for the section officers vacancies were postponed after the issuance of a Stay order by the Supreme Court and the Islamabad management will provide travelling allowance to the candidates.However, the candidates continue to protest for not being informed by the management about the postponement of the examination.
