Summary Chief Justice Lahore High Court has rejected an application requesting to make the American government a party in the Raymond Davis case.
The applicant Advocate Izhar Siddique again filed an application stating that the American government should be made a party in the Raymond Davis case regarding his immunity. The court rejected the application stating that they do not have a jurisdiction till Washington.
