Summary Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has said that the judiciary, army and the political parties should all work on a joint strategy to solve the challenges being faced by the nation.
Talking to the media after inaugurating a three-day polio campaign at his residence in Lahore, Shahbaz said that if the prime ministers deemed it fit to call an all parties conference, his party would be ready to participate in it. He said Pakistan Muslim League (N) leader Nawaz Sharif advised him to contact the prime minister to discuss the country’s issues with all political and non political forces and devise a collective strategy to bring the country out of crisis. The chief minister said there should be no point scoring on the current political situation.
