ISLAMABAD (Dunya News)- Ousted premier and Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PMLN) president Nawaz Sharif on Wednesday taunted that those who confessed to their crimes have been declared as Sadiq and Amin by the courts.
He was talking to media outside accountability court here in Islamabad today (Wednesday) after registering 11th appearance in the corruption references. Maryam Nawaz and Capt (rtd) Safdar also appeared before the court.
“What sort of corruption is it that has yet to be found”, asked Sharif.
Sharif said there lays a secret behind Imran Khan’s bail in four cases.
While taking a jibe at political opponents in his usual tone, Sharif rubbished rumors surrounding his Saudi Arabia’s visit. “Those who spread gossips inflicted loss on the country”, he asserted.
Sharif lambasted that an elected premier was ousted on basis of ‘fictional salary’ and apprised Imran Khan that nation had served their judgement in NA-120 by-poll.
Sharif accused Khan of applying for amnesty. Sharif will address press conference today at 2PM.
