Summary Interior Ministry, FIA's DG and NADRA were litigants to the woman's petition
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – A Filipono on Friday approached Islamabad High Court (IHC) over fear of deportation and seperation from her Pakistani husband.
According to the details, the girl also wanted Pakistani citizenship. While Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui questioned whether the love affair began after she came to Pakistan or before that, her advocate said that Maryam had come to Pakistan on a five year working Visa.
The lawyer continued that she fell in love with Kurram agency’s Imran and converted to Islam and married Imran on June 22, 2017 and requested the court that the girl should be prevented from deportation.
Interior Ministry, FIA’s DG and NADRA were litigants to the woman’s petition. Justice Shaukat Aziz cleared the petition for further hearings postponing it until January 12.
