Sindh Assembly ratifies resolution against horse trading

Summary Sindh Assembly has unanimously ratified a resolution against horse trading in Punjab Assembly. MQM and Opposition parties walked out of the House over hike in petroleum products.

MQM and Opposition called of their walk-out over the assurance of the ruling party. PPP and MQM presented a resolution in the Punjab Assembly to stop the horse trading because this will hurt the parliamentary institutions and democratic norms damaging the stability in the federation.In his speech, Sindh CM Qaim Ali Shah said that democratic institutions were strengthened with sacrifices and Nawaz Sharif should become part of the horse trading campaign.
