Summary Bandits robbed the groom, bride and their guests of mobile phones, cash and jewelry and drove away.
After a walima at a wedding hall, the bride and groom were about to head home when four armed bandits in a car came and took the guest and couple back in the wedding hall at gun point. The bandits then stripped everyone of mobile phones, cash and jewelry. The bandits after looting the people drove off.After police received a report about the robbery, they arrived at the scene in 40minutes. The police then started questioning six of the waiters and the guards of the wedding hall and then took them into custody for further investigation.
