(Web desk)- Major Hercharn Singh, the first Sikh officer to be commissioned in the Pakistan Army, on Sunday tied knot at the Gurdwara Puja Sahib in Hasan Abdal.

The ceremony was attended by number of serving and retired officers of Pakistan Army.

As per press release of Inter Service Public Relation (ISPR), COAS felicitated the newlywed couple.

Pakistan Army remains a symbol of national integration and respects the rights of religious minorities in Pakistan, tweeted ISPR.
