Sale of water-coated meat, substandard fruits, vegetables and red chili continues in Sunday Bazaars set up near Madni Chowk in Multan.Rates of these commodities exceed the rates maintained in pricelist which creates problems and embarrasses the customers.According to the price control committees, the committee members don’t have the authority to take any action against shopkeepers.The committee‘s members are of the view that the Food and other concerned departments should play their role to provide low-priced and quality products to public.
