Summary A case has been registered against the 27 arrested employees of Sindh education department. Protest against non-payment of salaries and unfulfilling of their demand to make them permanent was continued before the press club for the second consecutive day.
Police used water cannons and tear gas to disperse the protesters. Police also resorted to baton-charge. Marvi Memon was leading the protesters who reached outside the Chief Minister House. The police arrested several protesters.TPO president Irshad Ali said that daily protests would not be spared and legal action would be taken against the arrested employees of the education department.
