Summary Karachi police has requested the court to remove the name of a 1 year old kid from the First Information Report of a murder case
Police Inspector of Zaman town, Shah Nawaz presented his investigative report in court. Sardar Shabraiz Khan, lawyer of the one year old kid, Raees Husain was also present in court. The police report stated that after investigation it has been established that Raees Husain who has been named in the FIR of a murder case is actually a 1 year old kid.The police requested the court to remove Raees Husain’s name from the FIR. Judicial Magistrate East Malik Muhammad Akhtar said that a decision will be made after the investigation officer and the representing lawyers record their statements.
