Summary Lahore High Court Chief Justice Ejaz Ahmad Chaudhry has formed a full bench to hear the disqualification petition against Interior Minister Rehman Malik.
The petitioner maintained in his petition that Rehman Malik is a court convict and no convicted person can become the parliamentarian under the constitution. The chief justice constituted a full bench that would be chaired by Justice Azmat Sheikh to hear the case. The court proceedings of the case will start from the third week of March.
