Summary Parliamentary Committee for judges appointment has rejected the recommendation for service extension of two additional judges of Sindh High Court, while granting the service extension of one year to four judges. Judicial Commission had sent the proposal to the committee for the extension in service of six additional judges of SHC.
The committee rejected to extend services of two additional judges, Justice Tasneem Aslam and Justice Salman Hamid and has granted one year service extension of four judges includes Justice Imam Bux Baloch, Justice Azhar Rizvi, Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar and Justice Nisar Ahmed Sheikh.The committee’s meeting held under the chairmanship of Nayyar Hussain Bukhari. Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain, Mehtab Akbar Abbasi, Ishaq Dar and Sabir Baloch were also present in the meeting.
