Summary Chief justice Lahore High Court Ijaz Ahmed Chaudhry has constituted a two-member bench to hear the bail application of Hamesh Khan, the main accused in The Bank of Punjab scam.
Chief Justice Ijaz Ahmed Chaudhry and Justice Ijaz-ul-Hassan will hear the bail petition of Hamesh khan. The accused stated in his bail petition that the National Accountability Bureau had failed to prove even a single charge against him. Therefor, he should be granted bail.The hearing of The Bank of Punjab scam will start from March 7.
