Summary A petition was filed against Gulalai in the Islamabad High Court this week.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Friday reserved its decision on a petition seeking Ayesha Gulalai’s disqualification as a member of the National Assembly.

The petitioner had informed court that Ayesha was elected as MNA on the Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf (PTI) ticket and she has not resigned from the party so far even after leveling baseless allegations against PTI chief Imran Khan.

Ayesha had levelled such allegations without any solid proof and material in her possession, the petitioner added.
