KARACHI (Dunya News)- Legal and constitutional analysts has predicted issuance of arrest warrants for Sharif family if they continue to abscond proceedings, reported Roznama Dunya on Wednesday.
Analysts have further warned of arrest of Sharif family members whereas another option is to continue proceedings in their absence. Senior legal analyst Justice (retd) Malik Qayyum said there exists no excuse to abscond proceeding after rejection of review petition by apex court.
Supreme Court’s Bar Secretary Aftab Bajwa said National Accountability Bureau can confiscate assets of Sharif family under section-88.
