Summary Additional Session Judge Lahore has issued notice to SHO Litton Road for February 22 on a petition filed to register case against Raymond Davis for spying in Pakistan.
It is maintained in the petition filed by Advocate Rana Ilamuddin Ghazi that it is proved in the police investigation of Davis that he isn’t a diplomat, instead he is a spy. And things recovered from Davis also prove it but local police are not registering case against Raymond on the charges of espionage. Additional Session Judge Hasnain Qadir while hearing the plea ordered SHO Litton Road to submit his reply till February 22.
