Basant is being celebrated in most part of the city. The administration and police officials were not able to take action against the kite flyers. Sounds of shots being fired in the air were coming from different parts of the city. Despite that, people were on their rooftops celebrating basant with flying kite, food and music.The DCO Faisalabad Naseem Sadiq said that 35 people have been arrested found violating the ban on kite flying.
