Summary The Health Ministry has forwarded a summary for the promotion of the paramedical staff of federal hospitals.
The paramedical staff was protesting for their promotion for 15 days and they threatened to go on a complete strike from today, if their demands would not be met. The Health Ministry approved a new service-structure for paramedical staff in emergency last night.According to the new structure, all employees from scale 12 to 17 will get a new pay-structure. The ministry dispatched a summary to the prime minister for final approval. Meanwhile, paramedical staff called a complete strike, till the prime minister would approve the summary.
