Summary Judges do not have political agendas, says Lahore High Court Chief Justice Syed Mansoor Ali Shah
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Lahore High Court Chief Justice Mansoor Ali Shah said that judges announce case verdicts in the ambit of legal knowledge and laws. He further said that no one should feel intimidated as there is no political agenda behind judicial verdicts.
Justice Mansoor Ali Shah said that session judges carry huge responsibility on their shoulders to decide the cases. Justice Shah is the 45th and current Chief Justice LHC. He was elevated to the bench as additional judge in September of 2009 and confirmed as justice of LHC. He took oath as Chief Justice of the Lahore High Court on 28 June 2016.
Justice Shah recently finished the ban on Indian dramas, which were aired on Pakistani TV channels.
