Summary PML-Q leader Ch. Wajahat Hussain has issued a lawsuit of Rs 5 crore against Additional Director FIA Zafarullah Qureshi for linking Moonis Elahi in the NICL scandal.
It is said in the notices that Zafar Qureshi tried to defame the name of party by involving Moonis Elahi in NICL scam. Moonis Elahi is higly educated and is president of Muslim League Gujrat while FIA tried to declare Moonis as a proclaimed offender through publishing reports against him and this attempt is against court records. It is said in the notice that this news damaged the reputation of Moonis Elahi that is why Zafarullah should have to pay Rs 5 crore for the compensation of the damage, otherwise legal action would be taken against Zafarullah Qureshi.
