Summary Petitioner Hanif Abbasi accused PTI Chairman of misinforming court about London flat purchase
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – PML-N leader Hanif Abbasi has filed a miscellaneous petition against PTI Chairman Imran Khan accusing him of misinforming the top court about London flat purchase.
Abbasi submitted this petition today, in which he asked the Supreme Court to take criminal action against the opposition party leader, adding that Imran Khan has time and again altered from his initial explanations. He highlighted one particular contradiction in which the PTI Chief claimed to purchase his London flat in 1983, which later turned out to be 1984 in the written reply.

The PML-N stressed that since Imran Khan diverged from his initial claims, he is no more honest and trustworthy. It was further noted that he did not provide proof of income from 1971 to 1977, declaring the presented letters as unverified and misleading.
The petitioner believes that Imran Khan was not non-resident while the value of his flat increased in the recent documents. The cricketer turned politician didn’t reveal the mortgage on the flat and source of income for Rs. 14,050,000 of Bani Gala residence in 2002 nomination papers, according to Abbasi.
It was written that there is a contraction in the amount of advance payment for Bani Gala home between tax returns and nomination papers.
