Summary PPP's Saeed Ghani had secured more than 23,000 votes to win PS-114 by-election.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Saeed Ghani took oath as member of the Sindh Assembly on Monday.
The oath was administered by Speaker Agha Siraj Durrani four days after the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) issued a notification regarding Saeed Ghani’s victory in PS-114 by-election in Karachi’s District East.

Ghani had secured more than 23,000 votes against MQM-P candidate Kamran Tessori’s 18,106 votes.
The seat fell vacant after the election of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Irfanullah Marwat was declared void.
